ABOUT THE STYLE

The practice is based on Hatha yoga and includes a gentle Vinyasa flow. The work aims to move the energy from the upper part of the body down toward the ground. The classes normally have a clear pace and end with a pranayama and  a guided Shavasana or Yoga Nidra. For this reason the practice is both energetic and calming, an harmonic sequence that aims to ground you and make you feel centered and relaxed.

 

I have a past and present spent in the architect world, and I can recognise how much of the time we are trapped in our head, making mental journeys that can affect our body and staying in wrong postures sometimes for the most part of our day.

Loving ideas and creativity, I devoted myself to the thinking process, believing that creating was also product of the mind. While on one hand for sure it is, on the other hand the mind needs balance, declutter, and it is connected to the rest of the body. Taking time to move our body properly distribute our energy back to all the part of us that we have forgotten and leave space fo healthy thinking.
